Zucchini And Pasta Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 1/4 c. zucchini, diced
    2 ripe tomatoes, skinned and chopped
    6 c. hot beef broth
    3/4 c. spaghetti, broken into small pieces
    1/2 c. chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. grated Pecorino or Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in large saucepan.
    Saute onion.
    Add other ingredients.
    Simmer until pasta is done.
    Serves 4.
