Cole Slaw(The Kind That Lasts For Weeks!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
1 large bell pepper
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 large onion
1 carrot
2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Chop cabbage, pepper, onion and carrot all together (food processor does great!).
Put salt over mixture and let stand 30 minutes.
Squeeze out all juices.
Pour boiling vinegar and sugar over mixture.
Refrigerate.
Lasts for weeks.
