Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
    9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. In a large bowl, sift together all ingredients. Add sour cream, egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add apples and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 minutes. While pie is in the oven, prepare the topping.
