Fish Sauce Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. water
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 bay leaves
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
    9 whole cloves
    6 lb. fish fillets, diced
    1 c. oil or butter
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. tomato paste
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Add the garlic, bay leaves, Worcestershire, peppers, salt and cloves to the water in a 6 to 8-quart saucepan; bring to a boil and lower heat to simmer.
