Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 (7 x 4-inch) slices Swiss cheese
    3/4 c. cooked chopped broccoli
    3 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Line bottom of pie shell with Swiss cheese.
    Top with broccoli.
    Beat together and pour over broccoli: eggs, half and half, flour, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle pie with shredded cheese. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
