Pink Cloud Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. sugar or more to taste
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
1 lb. container small curd cottage cheese
1 large container whipped topping
Preparation

Combine pineapple and sugar; bring to boil.
Add jello right from box.
Mix well.
Set aside to cool to room temperature.
Stir in cottage cheese.
Fold in whipped topping.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve over lettuce leaves.
