Pie Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
    1 rounded c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend flour, shortening and salt.
    Add egg, water and vinegar. Mix well and add to flour mixture.
    Divide in thirds.
    Roll on floured board or pastry sheet.
    Makes 3 shells or 1 shell and 1 two-crust pie.
