Challah Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 7 1/2 c. wheat flour
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. water
    poppy seed
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 3 cups flour and yeast.
    In saucepan, heat 2 cups water, sugar, butter and salt just until warm (115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0) and butter is almost melted.
    Stir constantly.
    Add flour mixture; add 3 eggs.
    Beat at low speed of electric mixer 1/2 minute, scraping bowl.
    Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
    Stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can; mix in with a spoon.
