Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can beef bouillon or onion soup
    1 heaping c. rice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown rice in small amount of margarine.
    Brown onion in 1/2 stick margarine.
    Combine all in casserole.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Change casserole by adding pork chops.
    Brown pork chops lightly and place on top of rice before baking.
