Bell Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green bell peppers
    12 red bell peppers
    12 onions
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions together.
    Pour boiling water over enough to cover and let stand 5 minutes; drain.
    Add sugar, vinegar and salt.
    Boil all together 5 minutes.
    Put into pint jars and seal.
    Can be frozen also.
    Makes about 8 pints.
    Very good.
