Pork Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. pork, cut in 2 inch squares
    4 garlic cloves, pounded
    4 tsp. soy sauce to taste
    1 tsp. black ground pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Place the pork in a saucepan.
    Add vinegar, garlic, pepper, soy sauce and water.
    Cover the saucepan and cook slowly until meat is tender and most of the broth has evaporated (about 1/4 cup remains).
    Serve hot over steamed rice.
