Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion (fine)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
dash of salt
finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Shape in ball.
Roll in finely chopped pecans and chill.
Serve with crackers.
For variety, you may roll cheese ball in chopped almonds or finely chopped parsley.
