Mom'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pumpkin (small)
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, salt and spices and beat well.
Blend in pumpkin and salt.
Beat well.
Pour into unbaked shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool before serving.
