Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked
    1 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. salt
    16 oz. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    2 large green onions, sliced
    5 Tbsp. vinegar, divided
    4 eggs, coddled
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Chill potatoes.
    Add celery, 3 tablespoons vinegar and salt; toss lightly.
    Place sour cream in small mixing bowl.
    Add coddled eggs, remaining vinegar, pepper, mustard, garlic and onion; mix well.
    Pour dressing over potato salad; mix well. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
