Macaroni-Cheese In New Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 c. pimento, chopped
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender.
    Drain and rinse.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Saute green pepper lightly in butter.
    Add flour, stir well and add milk.
    Continue stirring until sauce is smooth and thickened.
    Add salt, pepper, 2 cups Cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
    Continue to cook and stir until cheese is melted.
    Combine with macaroni in 2 quart casserole dish.
    Top with 1 cup shredded Cheddar and 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
