Cheesy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole broiler-fryer chicken breasts, halved
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In shallow dish, place flour.
    In large, shallow baking pan, place margarine and insert in heated oven until melted.
    Dip chicken, one piece at a time, in flour, turning to coat, then place, skin side down, in margarine in baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, in 425\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
