Raisin Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    2 c. dry bread cubes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Pour milk over bread and let stand until bread is soft.
    Add eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, raisins and vanilla.
    Mix. Pour into greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake in a moderately slow oven (325\u00b0) for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until lightly browned and a silver knife, when inserted, comes out clean.
    Serves 6.
