Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    liquid from can of salmon plus milk to make 1 c.
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten or 2 egg whites
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    parsley or herbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in a small amount of oil.
    Add bread crumbs and crisp a little.
    Combine all with salmon.
    Bake in a greased casserole for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This is a dieter's delight.
