Quick Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes
    12 hot peppers (any variety)
    4 sweet peppers
    3 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    season to taste: salt, pepper, cilantro, cumin
Preparation
    In food processor, finely chop all vegetables.
    Place in saucepan.
    Simmer until thickened.
    Use on tacos, spaghetti sauce. Can be cooked in large quantity and canned in jars. Refrigerate.
