Crock-Pot Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large brisket
2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. liquid smoke
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
-
Mix all dry ingredients and rub into brisket.
Put brisket into crock-pot.
(May have to cut or fold over to get it to go in, if so, be sure fat side is on top.)
