Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    onion, if desired
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except 1 can tomato sauce.
    Shape and put in oblong pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    For last 30 minutes, add 1 can tomato sauce, if desired.
