Jenny'S Favorite Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil
    8 cloves garlic
    1 onion
    20 oz. firm tofu, drained and crumbled
    10 large fresh tomatoes or 2 large cans tomatoes
    2 bay leaves
    1 bunch Chinese parsley
    20 leaves basil (fresh or dried)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    On medium heat, saute garlic and onion in a saucepan.
    Add tofu and tomatoes.
    Add bay leaves, parsley and basil and heat until bubbly.
