Apple Pinwheel Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. finely chopped apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    In saucepan, heat sugar and water until sugar melts.
    Cut shortening into flour and milk to form dough.
    Roll dough out to form a rectangle.
    Spread apples over dough.
    Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
    Roll into jelly roll.
    Slice into 1/2-inch slices.
    Place in butter.
    Pour water and sugar over dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until top is brown.
