Rice And Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
    butter
Preparation
    Cook rice in the usual manner.
    While hot, combine it with sour cream, cheese and chilies.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Dot with butter and heat for about 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven until top is browned.
    Serves 8.
