Amish Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    2 to 3 tomatoes
    diced onion, as desired
    Velveeta cheese, cubed or sliced
    buttered bread crumbs
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain off all drippings and place in a casserole dish.
    Put zucchini over meat.
    Peel tomatoes, quarter, shave out most of seeds, then slice to cover zucchini layer.
    Top with diced onions.
    Add a layer of Velveeta.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
