Herbed Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. well trimmed beef tenderloin roast
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Combine seasoning ingredients; press evenly into roast.
Place on rack in a shallow pan.
Roast approximately 45 to 50 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness. Remove roast when meat thermometer registers 140\u00b0 for medium-rare or 155\u00b0 for medium.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Let stand 15 minutes. Slice and season with salt.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
