Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    2 tsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, onion, salt and green pepper. Shape into a ball.
    Roll ball in remaining nuts.
    Wrap in plastic or foil and refrigerate until well chilled (overnight).
