Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. crushed potato chips or cornflakes
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in butter then roll in mixture of potato chips, garlic salt and pepper.
    Place pieces skin side up, not touching, in shallow baking pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Do not turn.
