Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 cans chicken broth
    4 c. milk
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, saute carrots, celery and onion in margarine until tender, but do not brown.
    Stir in chicken broth. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
