Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add oil and sugar and beat really well.
    Add vanilla, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and flour; beat 2 minutes.
    Add nuts and zucchini and pour into loaf pans. Make 2 big loaves or 3 little ones.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for big loaves and 45 minutes for small ones.
