Spanish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. oil
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. corn meal (add 2 or 3 Tbsp. flour)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 small grated onion
1 c. chopped sweet pepper
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix together ingredients, except for cheese.
Pour half of mixture in baking dish.
Put grated cheese on top of mixture.
Add rest of mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
