Stuffed Peppers Ala Mike - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 bell peppers
    1 c. cooked long grain rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
    2 lb. ground or chopped meat
    2 Tbsp. sage
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cut off top of peppers and clean out the seeds and seed ribs. In a bowl mix the chopped meat, rice, eggs, sage, water, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    The mixture should be soft.
    If it isn't, add a little more water.
    Fill the pepper cavities with the mixture and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
