Impossible Bacon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 crisp slices bacon, crumbled
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Lightly grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender (high) or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Serves 6.
