Sausage Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    1 c. onion, minced
    1 c. salsa (medium or hot)
    8 oz. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion on medium heat. Break apart. Drain. Stir in salsa. Continue to heat to boiling point. Lower heat. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Do not allow salsa to boil. Serve with chips.
