Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. hot sausage (uncooked)
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Form into small balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Some of the unbaked sausage balls may be frozen, if desired, since recipe makes a large quantity.
