Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 head cabbage
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
2 c. rice
salt
Preparation
-
Cook ground meat until brown.
Add cabbage into the ground meat and cook until it fries down.
Add onions, bell pepper and celery.
Cook for about 30 minutes.
Add rice.
Let simmer for about 30 minutes.
Cook rice before adding to casserole.
