Zesty Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. new potatoes
    4 slices bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. prepared yellow mustard
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in an inch or so of boiling, salted water until just tender.
    Slice or dice the potatoes without peeling; set aside.
