Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. celery
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken; take off bone and cut in small pieces.
    Saute onion and celery.
    Place chicken and uncooked rice in casserole dish.
    Mix both soups, 2 cans of broth (when chicken is cooked) with onions and celery.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about an hour.
