Brunswick Stew(Family Sized Version) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. chicken broth
1 lb. cooked chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained), cut up
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can butter beans, drained
1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel sweet corn
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 c. sliced fresh or frozen okra
3 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. cold water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In large saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in margarine until onion is tender.
Stir in chicken broth, chicken, tomatoes, beans, corn and crushed red pepper; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes.
Add okra; simmer an additional 5 minutes or until okra is tender.
In small jar with tight fitting lid, add flour to cold water; shake well.
Stir into stew mixture.
Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring frequently.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Yields 6 servings; each serving contains 300 calories.
