Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 fresh or frozen salmon steaks (or other fish steaks 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick)
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Thaw fish if frozen.
    Put in a shallow pan for marinade. Combine oil, parsley, lemon juice, onion, mustard, salt and dash of pepper.
    Pour over fish.
    Marinate covered in refrigerator 6 hours. Drain, reserving marinade.
    Place fish in well-greased wire grill basket.
    Grill over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Brush with marinade and grill 8 to 10 minutes more.
