Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (try 1 whole wheat and 1 white)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. oleo, softened
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift
    together\tthe
    dry ingredients.
    Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs in a bowl.
    Add dry ingredients and oleo. Mix
    only until flour is moistened.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake in a well-greased 9
    x
    5-inch
    loaf\tpan
    for 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted
    in
    center comes out clean.
    Cool 20 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
