Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 small can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash rice thoroughly.
    Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
    Shape into small balls.
    Heat tomato soup and water in cooker.
    Drop meatballs in soup mixture.
    Close cover securely. Cook 10 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly.
    Let pressure drop of its own accord.
