Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to10 russet potatoes, peeled and cooked (approximately 5 lb.)
    8 oz. creamed cheese, softened
    8 to 12 oz. sour cream
    3/4 Tbsp. chives
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 to 1 cube oleo
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Blend the cream cheese and sour cream in a small bowl and set aside.
    Mash potatoes thoroughly until smooth.
    Add cream cheese mixture and beat well.
    Stir in chives, salt and pepper.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch buttered dish.
    At this point potatoes may be covered and refrigerated.
    One hour before serving, dot with butter, and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
    Makes 8 to 14 servings.
