Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually stir in pineapple and 1/2 cup pecans.
Add remaining ingredients.
Shape into ball and roll in pecans.
Serves 40.
Recipe can be cut in half for smaller groups.
