Franks Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach or broccoli, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cheese soup or 1 can mushroom soup with grated cheese added
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1/2 lb. (4 or 5) frankfurters, halved crosswise
Preparation

Spread spinach in bottom of 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
Combine rice, soup, onion and milk; spoon over spinach.
Score half franks with an X-shaped cut; arrange on casserole, pressing into rice. Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through.
Makes 4 servings.
