Children'S Letter Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1/2 c. warm tap water
    1 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
    Add the honey and salt. Add the flour; knead.
    Roll into \"snakes.\"
    Form snakes into letters on waxed paper.
    Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle with salt.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
