Copper Pennies(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    2 medium onions, sliced
    2 medium size green peppers
    1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. low calorie Italian dressing
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling water until tender; drain and cool. Add sliced onions and green peppers (sliced or diced).
    Combine soup and remaining ingredients; pour over carrots, onions and peppers.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
