Western Meal In One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 (16 oz.) can red beans, drained
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes with juice, chopped
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. sliced olives
Preparation
    Brown turkey in oil with garlic.
    Add onion and green pepper. Cook until onion is transparent; drain fat.
    In 2-quart casserole, combine meat mixture, salt, chili powder, beans, tomatoes and rice.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; sprinkle with cheese and olives.
    Bake 15 minutes more.
    (Can be microwaved.)
