Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. light cream
    1/4 c. Grey Poupon mustard
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Place cheese, bacon and onion in pie crust.
    In mixing bowl, combine eggs, cream and mustard.
    Pour over cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in filling comes out clean.
    Makes 8 servings.
