Tater Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 tsp. imitation butter salt
1/4 c. butter or margarine
oregano (if desired)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. instant mashed potato flakes
Preparation

Combine egg, 2 tablespoons water and seasoned salt.
Dip chicken pieces into mixture, then roll in potato flakes.
Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with oregano.
Melt butter or margarine in shallow baking pan and add the chicken pieces.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven about 1 hour or until all pieces are done.
